A Post box in California has been occupied by the birds. They have built a nest in it and don’t let people use the box.
The mediator for Mail office says that nobody can say exactly when the Post box will be brought back into a usual use. Having a legal responsibility they cannot disturb the burds damaging their new habitat and for this reason they apologise for this inconvinient incident.
